400 Tasting Notes
First Steep of the Day Saturday Morning 3-12-2016, Steeped a Full Pot of this Mystery Tea,
This is My 2nd Tasting of this Tea, 1st was 3 Months ago, It seems that I have had GREATER enjoyment of this tea this Morning, Maybe Just the Day Dawning adds to the Enjoyment.
This tasting seemed a little more “Outside Rural Woodie” tasting, then I remember the 1st tasting to be. But it is Really Enjoyable. GREAT MORNING GREETING TEA,
Flavors: Hibiscus, Plant Stems, Wood
Preparation
Started This Month the 1st of March, with a 16 oz Bottle of GT’s Classic Original Kombucha.
What a Great Morning Starter, I Do Not Like or Drink Beer, (Excepting Ginger Beer). When Opening this Bottle today, It having been BEST USED BY 9/9/2015, it now being 6 months Matured beyond recommendation, It Now took on the Character of A Finely aged BREW, It seems that the Natural Alcohol Content Increased to a VERY ENJOYABLE and PLEASANT CONTENT.
This was tried at my daughters Thanksgiving Dinner both before and during, Good compliment for a Great Turkey Dinner, smooth and subtle, but warming and familiar.
recommended with a touch of cream or milk,
Flavors: Bergamot
