Jingdezhen Tall Natural Edge Fish Gaiwan
by Verdant TeaThin, lustrous hand-painted Jingdezhen porcelain. This gaiwan is fired at high temperatures to make the porcelain completely non-reactive and non-porous, allowing it to fully reflect the character of your tea. The thin construction keeps the edges of the porcelain from overheating and protecting your hands better when pouring.
The taller, narrow bowl makes this gaiwan ideal for brewing rolled oolongs or for tea lovers with smaller hands.

So very, very beautiful.
Tell me about it!! :-) As soon as I saw it on Verdant’s site, I was utterly enarmoured. Plus, their suggestion that it was a good size/shape for rolled oolongs (so, for example, my beloved tieguanyin), I just had to buy it… ^^; Tbf, $30 for something so beautiful, that I get regular use of, doesn’t seem too bad…!
I totally ignored the ‘gaiwan’ bit of the name and thought you were drinking fish flavoured tea! Ewww :S haha
Oh gosh – hahaha! That doesn’t sound very pleasant at all hahaha
