This tea plucked from high mountain Dayuling located between 2600 and 2800 meter above sea level, where provides ideal conditions for plant growing. It is a mountain, nevertheless, its main traits being that typical mineral freshness the leaves inherited from the rocky surface it grows on, yet subdued somewhat by a fruity not, hinting toward plum blossom. This top-notch oolong is one of the finest teas in Taiwan, which gives off a strong unique fragrance and pleasant aftertaste.

10s – Very refreshing. Strong, refreshing base, followed by lingering sweet green finish. Has a bite to it!
15s – Leaves have expanded by three times their size. Flavour is sharper. The aroma complements the flavour, which has a green sweet flavour that is difficult to describe. It is not artificial candy sweet like a milk oolong I once tried, nor is it sencha-like sweetness. It does fade away slowly.
