A non-typical but very well executed pu-erh by Xiaguan! This is a special OEM production with XY denotation (made for Ye Bing Huai), that composed entirely of Spring 2011 first flush harvested Bu Lang Mountain tea leaves.

The taste is typically Bu Lang, thick and pungent, slight smoke, bitterness and light astringency with a long lasting mouth-feel and strong cha qi.

This is a good economical tea with strength and complexity that is both a good example of it’s region, and a worthwhile candidate for aging.

Stored in Guangdong from 2011 until November 2017.
