Allan’s review of this was pretty spot on. This tea is weak. It still beats all of the bagged black tea that I have tried though.

Every black tea Yunnan Sourcing sells probably beats all the bagged black tea you have tried. They are usually low quality, even tea dust at times.

The primary note of this tea seems to be malt. There is something else too but it is weak, maybe chocolate. This tea is by no means incredible like the other two Yunnan Sourcing black teas I reviewed in the past couple of days. This one is average.

I brewed this one time in a 16oz Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 3 tsp leaf and 200 degree water for 3 min.
