There is a lot of fermentation flavor to this tea, it is think with it. It also has a nice natural sweetness to it. There is one other note too, it has a spicy aftertaste to it, not entirely unpleasant, just spicy.
I brewed this once in a 16oz Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 9g leaf and boiling water for 30 sec.
