A smooth oolong with a lovely roasted aroma and thick sweet roasted taste with cherry wood notes.

Origin: Banyan, Wuyishan, Fujian, China
Sourced: Direct from the farmer

Cultivar: Shui Xian
Roast: Medium to High

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 95°C/203°F
- Use 2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 2 minutes
