An unusual roasted Korean oolong with a sweet honeyed carob taste with gentle background roast notes.

Tasting Notes:
- Smooth taste
- Sweet gentle carob notes with a slight background roasted taste

Harvest: Sejak (2nd picking in Spring), early May 2019

Origin: Jeju Island, Korea
Organic: Certified organic

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 90°C/194°F
- Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 45-60 seconds
