A smooth Jin Xuan oolong with a creamy taste which is complemented by added Ginseng powder which leaves a lingering Ginseng taste.

Tasting Notes:
- Smooth texture
- Lingering ginseng taste which has a bitterness to it

Harvest: Spring, May 2019

Origin: Zhu Shan., Nantou, Taiwan
Altitude: 450-500m
Sourced: Specialist Taiwanese wholesaler

Flavouring: Ginseng powder added
Cultivar: TTES #12 Jin Xuan (cross between Ying Zhi Hong Xin and TTES #8)
Oxidation: 10-15%
Roast: Light (Level 3-4)
Picking: Hand

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 90°C/194°F
- Use 1 teaspoon per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 1-2 minutes
