What an interesting tea this is. I have to say I’m never disappointed with the products I select from What-Cha! Even when they aren’t teas I would select for another purchase they are always such high quality and always worth a try.
This is one of those teas which I wouldn’t consider for a large purchase, but that I’m very glad I had a chance to try. It has a very unique flavor. Smooth and mellow, a bit fruity and a little bit of liquor. No astringency at all. A bit light for my personal taste but I did enjoy my cup.

Another tea sample from my tea sister Sil.
I can’t figure out how to describe this one! It’s a very sweet & mellow kind of tea, but that isn’t to say that it lacks potency, because the flavor is very rich! There is absolutely no astringency whatsoever. I’m picking up an intriguing mix of flavors. tobacco & a sherry-like grape sweetness in the first steep. The second steep leans more to a savory buttery winter squash & toasted pepitas kind of palette. Both were delicious.

whaaat no other reviews on this one? well my review won’t be much help to everyone as i got distracted with work and let this get cold. I will say, that like other what-cha teas, this is very smooth with no astringency. i don’t know if this would float to the top of my must have tea list, but i’d be happy to have this in my cupboard anytime!
