Arctic Raspberry loose leaf tea is flavoured black tea that has full raspberry taste with fruity overtones of blueberry. Excellent served hot or iced.
Origin: Sri Lanka
Ingredients: Black Tea, Heath Bell flowers, Larkspur, Rose Petals, and Natural Flavour.
Hot tea brewing: Bring water to a rolling boil. Place 1 tsp per cup into the pot. Pour boiling water in the teapot and allow to steep for 3-7 min. Milk and sugar enhance the flavour but it can be consumed “straight up”.
Iced tea brewing: (1L) Place 6 tsp tea into a heat resistant pitcher. Pour 1 1/4 cups of boiled water and steep for 5 min. Quarter fill a serving pitcher with cold water. Pour the tea into the serving pitcher while straining the leaves. Add ice and top up the pitcher with cold water. Garnish and sweeten to taste. Note: ta may ten to go cloudy or milky when poured over ice. This is a perfectly normal characteristic of some high quality black teas.
