(Short tasting notes today because I have a killer migraine.)
I really, really liked this one! The dry leaf aroma is very sweet and juicy smelling with prominent notes of strawberry and kiwi, but there’s a tickle of ginger spice on the tail end of it. That, already, was very promising to me. Steeped it’s not cloying or overly intense but still has a really juicy fruit punch-like quality to the cup. Very strawberry kiwi in flavour but accented by tart and bright notes of hibiscus and lime with a subtle ginger heat that trails the sip and hangs on a bit in the after taste. I can tell this would be killer iced, too!
Honestly… probably my favourite tea from this company yet!
