This mix is straight Yerba Mate which allows the people you really learn what Yerba Mate is and what its standalone taste is like. Comparable to green tea Yerba Mate has often been appreciated for its earthy flavors with the added advantage of a nice little caffeine boost similar to the amount in a strong black tea. Grassy notes are often tasted in Yerba Mate when left alone, and depending on your taste you might really enjoy the flavors by themselves or use them as a base for blending with other fruity or flavored teas.
