The search is over! A white tea with all the spring time blossoms of rose petals, lavender buds, jasmine blossoms, mallow and, cornflowers. All flavoured with a fruity mix to make a delightful floral infusion that just might inspire some sweet feelings.
Blenders Notes: I wanted to blend another white tea with rose and lavender being a focal point of the blend. I took inspiration from the Lavende de Provence rooibos blend, but the first version of the tea was much to dry for the white base and I needed to move to a fruity base to support the heady floral notes. After about 9 tries, I think I finally have a lovely white tea supported by strawberry, peach and current flavours with all the flowers I could fit!
Ingredients: white tea, hibiscus, elderberries, rose hips, rose, jasmine, mallow, lavender, cornflowers, flavour.

Another note I am behind on – this one was tasty and interesting! A fruity, floral white tea…it was very pillowy and soft tasting to me :) definitely romantic, I enjoyed it more than I thought I would as the florals were well balanced with the fruit flavors. A good base that wasn’t overpowering either!
