This tea is not as good as the other breakfast blends I got from The Pleasures of Tea. It is malty and it is a little sour. Not so sour as to be undrinkable but it is not that great. Can’t give this one a high rating.

I brewed this one time in a 16oz Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 3 tsp leaf and boiling water for 3 min. I think this one would be better with lower temperature water.
