From The Chinese Tea Shop

Tie Luohan (Iron Arhat) is a very famous cliff Oolong tea produced from the Wuyi mountain region of Northern Fujian province in China. This tea is similar to the Da Hong Pao, which is famous for its “Yan Yun”, a source of energy to the body.
The traditional Tie Luohan tea has a floral fragrance, and a strong robust taste with a little bitterness. However, since this rare Tie Luoha has been kept for twenty years in Vancouver, the bitterness has been mostly smoothed down through aging. The liquid has a clear brown color and it has a special medicinal aged flavor which usually only exists in Pu-erh teas over 40 years old.
