Premium black tea, apple pieces, and lychee fruit. A very nice subtle tea. Use 1.5 TSP of tea to make a 15 oz. tea. Brew with boiling water for 5 minutes.

After lunch, we headed to Dublin. Stopped at a great used/overstock bookstore on the way. In Dublin, we had to check out the TehKu tea shop there. We enjoyed this experience much more than Zen-Cha. They had this delicious tea as a sample for the day. After tasting it, I knew I needed to take some home. The man working told me that he had just sold the last bag. I was devastated. But this story must have a happy ending…
And it did. I found a few bags hiding by the register :) My day was made. This tea reminds me of the little cakes made for the Moon Festival. Yum! Can’t wait for my lunch break to make a cup!
