From Teavana

The slightly sweet taste of cocoa with the rich spice blending of coriander, pistachio and macadamia nuts, red peppercorns, and orange peel.
This herbal tea contains caffeine, although many people admit they have a different reaction to this stimulant as it is blended with the other natural xanthines found in Mate (theophylline and theobromine), one without jitteriness or addictive tendencies.

How to Prepare
Use 1.5 teaspoons of tea per 8oz of water. Heat water to 208 degrees and steep for 5-6 minutes. 2oz of tea equals 25-30 teaspoons.
Ingredients:
Roasted mate leaves, cornflower and sunflower petals, orange peel, coriander, pistachio and macadamia nuts, and red peppercorns.

This is a stronger tasting mate than the ever-popular ‘matevana’ blend. I like this okay and it’s well worth a try.

A very nice robust mate blend. Delicious as a hot tea. Has chocolatey and nutty notes. Sad to see it discontinued :( But happy that I got a little bit before it was all gone :D

The husband liked it a lot and I thought it was just okay. It smelled stronger than it tasted. It wasn’t overpowering – very balanced.

Just steeped it a second time and it’s still awesome! No bitterness!
