From Teavana

Refreshing and bright, the harmonious pairing of juicy mango and papaya cascades into a tropical wonderland lush with sweet hibiscus, lemongrass, apple, and warm cinnamon. Calling forth visions of French Polynesia, one sip of this naturally caffeine-free tea leads straight to pure bliss.

Tasting Notes: Bright tropical notes of papaya and mango with bright citrus lemongrass with a hint of cinnamon.

This was a good tea but I feel like it would’ve been better iced and I will try it that way next time.

This is one of those sweet, one-steep-only teas. I am a huge fan of sweet things but this is just too much for me! I also typically brew 2 – 3 mugs from one serving of tea leaves, but like many sweeter herbals, the flavor is pretty much exhausted in the first steep no matter how short it is.

Tastes like a very strong apple cinnamon apple sauce, not something I really like but if someone likes the strong taste of those flavours, surely they’d enjoy this.

I bought the iced tea tea bags from Starbucks for this tea. Normally I don’t like a huge amount of hibiscus in my tea but this one is actually really good. It is tart and tangy and fruity and refreshing. I really like this. I get a hint of the cinnamon but mostly what I taste is that hibiscus. This is an excellent herbal iced tea. I will repurchase this.

I got this one yesterday at Starbucks (actually the guy I went with did and then I pretty much ended up drinking both of our teas…) and it was okay. Definitely not my favorite tea but something I might end up getting if I need something warm but not caffeinated.

This was super duper tart with a lot of hibiscus and berry flavors to it (raspberry and cranberry mostly), I can taste the passion fruit (so it’s true to it’s name) but it doesn’t really round out the cup of tea well.

This was my second Earth Day free tea from Starbucks.

This was the other fruity tea they had besides Youthberry in store, this one being on a herbal base and caffeine-free. It was okay, the pomegranate flavours definitely came through but I think I’m just not in the mood for tart flavours at the moment because my brain kept thinking cherry cough syrup :D I resteeped it and stuck it in the fridge at work to see what its gonna taste like tomorrow cold though.

Something positive I should mention about this promo – the baristas consistently gave 2 teabags for my large travel mug, which is nice, I had expected only 1 bag.

I’m currently stranded at the airport. My flight was supposed to leave at 4:30, which was delayed to 5:30, then 6:15, and now 8:00. When we deboarded the plane, the first thing I saw was a little Starbucks kiosk, so I decided to get the passion tango lemonade since I enjoyed it yesterday. Today, it is oversweetened and heavily mango flavored, so not as great as the one I had yesterday, but it’ll do. Fingers crossed that I don’t get stuck overnight in Chicago!

Hope everything turned out ok!

I occasionally get this in the “shaken iced tea” version with one pump of sweetener and extra ice from Starbucks in the afternoon. (I have to be VERY specific or they mess it up!)

I have no idea how they prepare the tea as by the time I see them make the drink the “tea” is in a concentrate they pour in with water and ice. I have no idea if they make this concentrate in-store or if it comes in a jug they decant to make it look fancy. Anyone know how this is made?

This has a STRONG sweet-tart flavor profile. I get a little bit of cinnamon at the end of each sip. The sweet-tart overpowers all the other flavors and I really can’t single out any fruit. I like this tea for ease of access at any Starbucks on a hot day. For that, it hits the spot.

In terms of buying this tea loose or bagged, I don’t think it would make my shopping list. Anyone else drink this beverage from starbucks?

I tried it and couldn’t stand it! Way too tart even with added sweetener. I did get the cinnamon from it too!

It was just weird IMO, maybe a little metallic/fake too. And I love Teavana so I really wanted to like it.

I MADE THIS so MUCH better by doing 1/2 passion tango and 1/2 green tea iced, extra ice, one pump sweetener. If you are at Starbucks and want iced tea I HIGHLY recommend asking for that (complicated, fussy but GOOD!) beverage!

I really liked this tea at first but now I found the cinnamon too overwhelming. It really hits in the aftertaste. Will not be restocking this one.
