This is a superior 2nd flush from 2019. The intense aroma mirrors the cup with distinct layers of sweet floral and sharp anise. Lighter body with a cedar undercurrent. Very limited quantity.
This Singbulli Tea Estate is located in the Mirik district of Darjeeling and is situated between 3000’ and 4000’. It was established around 1924 by British tea planters and was acquired by an Indian tea company in 2003. Singbulli is in the final stages of converting all its fields to organic cultivation.
