From Tealux

Producing a tea that is both complex and balanced at the same time requires a process that starts at its location. The Ali Shan oolong tea starts its process atop Ali Mountain, which sits 1500 to 2300m above sea level. The mountain range is often covered with a dense fog and clouds, creating a unique wet area that oolong tea thrive in.

The Alishan tea is handpicked at just the right time, pan fried, rolled, dried and then baked. This lightly oxidized tea has a superb creamy texture with a rich floral taste, while providing just a hint of sweetness. As is common with oolong teas, the Ali Shan can be brewed 5-7 times, with new undertones emerging with each brew.
