This refreshing, fruity blend brings together rhubarb, elderberries, apple, rosehip and hibiscus. A little bit sweet and a little bit tart, this tea is the perfect addition to your summer cocktail menu!
BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Use 1 tsp of tea per 6-8 oz cup. Steep 4-6 minutes in boiling water.

This is significantly better iced than as a cold brew and even greater as a teapop. The cloying sweetness of the cold brew is gone and there is a hint of fruitiness I can make out as rhubarb if I concentrate on that notion. Mostly though, it’s a generic apple/fruit flavor and the taste of carbonated water. I have probably one more cup of this left and I think I will try it hot but I am just not loving this one.
I guess i should have written a tasting note on this one before it’s gone. I’ve tried this cold and hot, and i think i prefer it hot. I get the sense of rhubarb out of this one but not super strong. I think i prefer the dragon fruit one to this one because the flavour in this one is muted somehow. Enjoyable to drink but nothing i need to keep in my cupboard.
