Decaffeinated via a natural CO2 process, this Ceylon Orange Pekoe has a light and lively character punctuated by flowery sweetness and subtle astringency.
Preparation: One level teaspoon per 8oz cup of filtered, boiling water. Allow to brew 3 minutes

This is a good black tea, but I’m not sure I’ll reach for it again at my in-laws’ house, or order it myself in particular, as it has a bit too astringent a mouth-feel for my taste. I do enjoy a decaf black after dinner occasionally though, but I think I actually prefer Republic of Tea’s- surprising considering TG has much higher quality tea in general.
