This artisan crafted flowering tea consists of high quality green tea leaves hand sewn around Jasmine blossoms. As the tea unfurls in hot water, the Jasmine blossoms are slowly revealed.
Blossoming teas are a delight both to the eyes and to the taste buds, and this one in particular steeps to a delicate Jasmine flavour with hints of honey. Each artisan takes more than 10 minutes to hand craft each and every one of the flowering teas, ensuring that you get a good quality tea and flowering action every time.
Each flowered tea can be re-infused several times. When you are finished with the brewing, simply replace the water with clear cold water, and add a dash of vinegar to prevent further steeping, and you are left with an amazing, natural centerpiece! With the exception of Earl Grey, I am not a fan of most flavored teas. However, in this tea the jasmine flowers add flavor without overpowering the delicious green tea. I will say the only mistake I made was making this in 16 oz for the first cup. I corrected that one the next cup.
