Crafted with Menghai Dayi’s perfected V93 recipe, this Pu’erh is condensed into a bowl shape, usually referred to as “toucha”. Since this pu’erh is still relatively fresh, it has a lighter and more delicate aroma. When brewed, the fragrance of the tea becomes more warm and woodsy. The mild-bodied flavors are more simple and straightforward. Although the tea’s flavors are not as complex as our more ripened Pu’erh, its delightful taste is an indication of the tea’s true potential. Given time, this young Pu’erh will season into a magnificent tea.
