2014 New Arrival. "Golden peony" (Chinese name: Jin Mudan 金牡丹) is a new Wuyi yancha varietal that’s been gaining in popularity these last few years. Our allotment of 2013 Jin Mu Dan sold out almost immediately so get in quick before it’s all gone! Carefully charcoal roasted 5 times at 80-100 degrees Celsius, it’s a perfectly balanced medium roast. Guaranteed zhengyan, picked from tea bushes grown at Tian You Feng 天游峰 within the Wuyi protected nature reserve.

Lasted quite a long time which shows a supreme example of tea perfection. Felt a nice relaxed comfort all the way through brewing and imbibing.
