Shui Xian Wuyi Rock Oolong Tea is famous for its mellowness and light narcissus floral aroma, with very mellow tea taste with lingering sweetness after sipping the tea liquid. Wuyi rock tea is baked extremely slowly using charcoal process, so the fresh tea could have a little bit charcoal feeling in taste. As the tea opens up, it reveals a darker roast with deep cacao notes. The sweetness is thick and savory like molasses with spicy ginger undertones. As the deep roast and spice subside, there is a beautiful lingering floral vanilla notes and warm creamy texture.
