From Tea Mountains

The Alishan high mountain Jinxuan tea that Teamountains sells is harvested from the tea farms which are located about 1000 to 1300 meters above the sea level in Alishan. Jinxuan tea is a unique improvement from the other varieties of tea trees that are only produced in Taiwan. Jinxuan has more vigorous growth energy than other tea trees, its leaves are bigger and more circular, yields also more than other tea trees, therefore, its market price is more inexpensive than Oolong teas.

Jinxuan tea tastes sweeter and its fragrance is more noticeable and strong, the osmanthus and milk scents hide in teas aroma, it is a special characteristic of Jinxuan tea. The tea farms of Alishan high mountain Jinxuan tea are located at the highest elevation area in Alishan, therefore, it tastes sweeter and less bitter than other Jinxuan which are harvested from low elevation tea farms. Alishan high mountain Jinxuan tea is a good choice for tea fans who want to start tasting Jinxuan tea.
