Crack juice. One tsp will make a very strong cup of apple goodness with a cinnamon aftertaste. Is slightly similar to Kinderpunsch.

Made the mistake of doing 3 tsp per cup + 3x steep time per manufacturer’s recommendation for iced tea, that’s too bloody strong even when I like very strong tea. 2 tsp is the right spot

Bought this in a mixed box from Chapters. On sale for $8 wooo

It smells amazing! Like sweet crisp apples. There is something in the taste that I can’t pin point but it’s not a pleasant flavour, it comes through at the end of the sip. You definitely get the crisp apple flavour at first. I’m not getting any of the spice though.
Once this had cooled to room temp I didn’t get the unpleasant flavour at the end of the sip. Tastes like a great unsweetened apple juice.

i’m not a big fan of red rooibos teas generally, but I’ve found that it usually goes very nicely with apple flavours. There’s plenty of that in this tea along with some sweet, cinnamony notes. It’s very warm, and comforting tea that’s reminiscent of stewed apples or maybe apple pie filling.

This is fall in a cup. I like this with a lot of honey, really hot and in the morning. I don’t know why, but it’s also filling to me. I mostly get the apple, cinnamon, and rooibos (which I like) but the spice isn’t overwhelming to me. It’s definitely more dessert tasting to me.

This tisane came from the Warming Joy sample set by Tea Forte, which I haven’t been terribly impressed with so far. They claim the samples make a 10 oz. serving of tea, but I’ve found 8 oz. to be a bit more realistic.

This is an interesting blend. It contains rooibos and has a definite apple and plummy flavor. There is a lot of spice in this tea, with cinnamon, clove and pepper. Normally I don’t like hibiscus in tea at all, but there is only a smidgen in this blend.

I think this is a decent tisane if you like really spicy fruity things. The clove is slightly overdone, as it’s actually causing a numbing sensation on my tongue. I felt the blend was a bit improved by adding a bit of coconut sugar to the cup. I don’t think I will run out and buy any of this, but I am enjoying the sample that I got. It’s nice to take the chill out of our cold & rainy day.

Cameron B.

I’m always tempted by Tea Forté’s flavor combinations, but then I look up reviews on here and they’re TERRIBLE. Lol. :(

TeaBrat

I wouldn’t recommend them based on the experience I have had so far…

Cameron B.

Yeah, I figured as much… Such a shame. They have one that’s yuzu and honey, which sounds amazing. QQ

Tabby

I’ve tried it. It’s really mild, but not bad. The yuzu is kinda overshadowed by the honey.

Anlina

I agree Cameron B. I keep being tempted by them on Amazon and then having to back away.

Daddyselephant

A while ago they offered to send out sample packs to anyone who wanted one (I’m talking years ago) and the reviews of those sample teas were…underwhelming. They just weren’t good. I know I ended up chugging through the samples if only to get them out of my cupboard. It’s sad, because their packaging is so cute, but after trying those samples, I could never bring myself to spend money on their blends. Which is too bad because they’re a really nice company.

It’s apple! Sweeter than other apple spice teas I have tried. A solid robust fresh tea that does not taste artificial.

First tasting note! Wee! I liked this tea. It was sweet enough that I didn’t have to add sugar and it really packed a kick. The first steeping was just a little too tart for my taste but the second steeping was just right. I have a love/hate relationship with hibiscus but I found it worked well in this. Probably wouldn’t buy it again (I have wayyy too many rooibos teas already) but I enjoyed it!

OH MY GOD.

this is the way apple cinnamon tea should be made.

truly not for the faint of heart.

spicy spicy cinnamon, very tart apples perfectly combined.
An aftertaste that just lingers bringing your taste buds to life.

I was speechless when first I sipped this tea.
I am definitely a richer person for having tasted it.
