From Tea Dynasty

The best quality Tie Guan Yin oolong tea is produced in Anxi County, Fujian Province in China. It is an oolong tea well-known for its delicate orchid flavor which earns it a spot on the list of Ten Most Famous Chinese Teas. It is a special selection of spring tea handcrafted by folding each leaf into a tight dark emerald green iron chunk that produces a lasting orchid fragrance and a sweet fresh taste. This tea is named after a Chinese deity Guan Yin, the Goddess of Mercy, and was first made in the mid 1700s.
