From Tea Culture

A small plantation in the south of Darjeeling which has been producing prime quality tea known throughout the world for six years.

Medium. Strength is also a matter of personal preference but as a guideline we recommend 1 level or heaped teaspoon should suffice. Allowing to infuse for 3-5 minutes as desired. Traditional Teas can be drunk with or without milk.

FABULOUS straight, black tea. I tried this while in NYC last week, and if it hadn’t been so expensive to buy in a tin, I would have taken some home with me. Again, this only cemented my love for teas from the Darjeeling area.
