This five years aged autumn harvest traditional Gan De Tieguanyin is an exciting and unique offering in that it manages to preserve the entire flower and fresh vegetal essence of the original leaf while tempering the flavor with darker, more grounded and complex notes. After processing tea was sealed for five long years and then it was taken to master roaster in Chaozhou for re-roasting it by traditional method over longan wood charcoal.
