Blossom Dearie, a jazz songwriter and pianist, is our West Village treasure. This namesake tea is naturally grown in the lowlands of Hualien and is the life’s work of a family matriarch. Made with a rarely used variety from Fujian, the tea has a voice that’s pixie sweet and elegant. Aroma of red flowers and honey lend to a soft and silky texture. Its sounds are rich and alluring, like a song that never gets old. Blossom Dearie is a West Village native.
