From Taiwan Tea Crafts

This Lot 810 marks the return of an organic assamica to our catalog and, rightfully, if there would be one family we would prefer to collaborate with to make this happen it would be the Li’s. They are also behind our superb Organic T-21 Hong Yun and Organic T-18 Hong Yu. All three black teas are made from leaves that are grown in one of the most beautiful and secluded tea garden we’ve seen in Taiwan located deep in the rolling hills of Yuchi Township. No pesticides are used in their garden and the dangers of contamination from neighbouring agricultural activity is virtually nil as the squeaky clean test reports we conducted concluded. So much so that the teas surpass the stringent EU norm for pesticide residues. Does it really mater, some may ask? We certainly believe so but a sip will convince you without a doubt. This tea is “clean” with flowing, crisp, tangy fruit notes with a hint butter caramel sweetness. The T-8 assamica cultivar will deliver a less tannic cup along with a refreshing smoothness that is very rewarding. Enjoyed with or without milk, but always without any restraints!

I grabbed this in an order with Sil a long time ago and finally opened it today and it was very good. I drank it while leading 3.5 hours of hearing prep and it was my one point of joy through that process. Thanks for helping me get this back in my cupboard, Sil!

Hearing prep is that awesome, hey? (I can only imagine.)

this is supposed to be removed from my cupboard but i’m leaving it in in case they need to troubleshoot with it. Doesn’t appear in the most drank/logged view but does in the recently added view. wheeee

Cameron B.

Did you happen to remove any teas while you were looking for it? I’ve teas that were tied for number of times drunk be reordered in my cupboard if a tea gets removed. I now avoid that view if I’m looking through my whole cupboard because clearly the way it’s queried is not consistent.

Sil

nope i checked 5 times for the tea thinking i’d just missed it haha

Sil

i logged this and now it’s showing up in both views. Not a big deal but figured i’d raise it. Removing teas for sure does what you’re talking about haha

That’s interesting, I’ve never noticed that bug before!
