Our Spring 2013 Cing Xin Oolong crop from Meishan comes from a relatively new growing area which has great potential. If you like our Alishan teas you should definitely consider this neighbouring terroir that sits between Shanlinxi up north, and Alishan further south. It has the typical green, crisp pastoral notes with hints of mountain flowers that charms the nose. The palate will immediately be pleased by the ample creamy texture and taste that evokes fresh buttered green beans with hints of sweetness. All in all, it is a very satisfying cup that bears the characteristic generous qualities of high mountain teas at a very affordable price. This tea is our best value high-mountain Cing Xin Oolong and is a must to try out!
