Yoler mountain also known as Ji Nuo Mountain, has been historically categorize as the first among the six old tea mountain, its located at Xi Shuang Ban Na’s Jing Hong City in Ji Nuo Cantonment. Yoler mountain is where the Ji Nuo clan lives, Ji Nuo’s clan also known as Yolers in the past.
One thousand years ago, the people of Yoler has started to plant tea tree, there were 4000 acres tea tree area in the early Ming’s dynasty, more than 10000 acres tea trees area during Qing’s dynasty, all 20 surrounding cantonment produces huge amount of tea. Some were bought by Si Mao, Pu Erh( name of a place ) traders, some were sold to Yi Bang and Yi Wu to make Qi Tzi Bing tea cake throughout the ages. In the 80’s, JiNuo started to re-organize tea tree, adding 10000 more acres of plantation tea, old tea tree were being preserved and well protected. Recenltly in Long Pa cantonment, Ba Lai cantonment still having around 2000 acres of old tea tree land, this had made Tacha feeling comfort that we are still able to produces such tea.
Yoler mountain is around 500 to 1600 above sea level, rich in brick red nutritious soil, Highly organic, Ph value maintain between 5.1 to 5.7, deep soil base. Yoler clan were not too high in height, while older’s women still wearing the traditional folks oufit while farming, carrying the bamboo basket up to the hill to picked up the fresh tea leaves, filling up half basket then going down to the hill to spread out the tea leaves on the bamboo straw mat, going up and down in their entire living.
This year, Yoler brings you a nice fragrance of rice with a very smooth floral sweety smells. In 2004,2005, we can feel the aging of the tea into a sweet plum fragrance, having a smooth olein sweet smells. Olein here is describing a more clearer sense of fragrance that you may experience in the coconut milk.

Yoler’s tea has always been such sweety and smooth, a very fine after taste, while leaving a nice feeling in your throat, giving drinker a sweetness in heart, well comfortable. Having a cup of Yoler in the morning, gives you a happy day.
