An energetic kicker that’ll leave you bright-eyed and bushy tailed. Earthy oolong is the base to sweet liquorice root and for a twist… a dash of beetroot…Hmmm odd but great!

Brew: 1 tsp per 250mls, 3-6 mins at 80°C (176°F)

Serve: Hot

Oolong tea, peppermint, mate, liquorice root, ginger, beetroot, organic tulsi
