Feeling lethargic, swollen glands, etc. This is the first tea I thought of that had vitamin C, and supposed energy boosters, so I went for it with breakfast.

So, did it work?!

shrug I’ve been drinking more tea in the past couple days. I really didn’t feel better until after the Green Monster Matcha smoothie this afternoon. Coincidence, maybe. But spinach, matcha, banana, and yogurt are all good for you and can’t hurt!

Lol That smoothie sounds good :) I personally have had a ton of luck with SPORTea. It’s nice to have a DeCaff tea that still gets you up in the morning.

This stuff is great iced. It has a green tea base with flavors of lemon and ginger. I have never really loved it hot, but I do enjoy it iced on a hot day.

Sipdown! (37 | 253)

I think I heard about this tea on Tea Leaf Project? It sounded interesting and they offer samples for $0.99 so I figured I would give it a try.

I actually had it hot yesterday, and while I enjoyed the flavor, the ginseng made it too sweet for me, so I decided to cold brew the last teabag overnight. The flavor reminds me of that bottled Brisk iced tea with lemon, but with ginseng sweetness instead of sugar. It has a sweet lemony note with a bit of tea in the background (a mix of black, green, and maté). The ginseng adds a licorice root-esque sweetness at the end of the sip, and a refreshing minerality.

I’m glad to have tried it, but it’s still a bit sweet for me, even when diluted to one teabag per 16 ounces of water.

This a really good tea for summer. I like to mix up a big jug of it, add lemon and sip through out the day for a nice pick-me-up.

I had this tea many years ago as an iced tea. I love it with mint. I also drink a lot of it warm. It’s got a lemon, honey taste. I drink so much of this tea that I order cases directly from the company.

I ordered one of SPORTea’s first time customer deals and LOVED it. Then I got an email telling me that they are having a promotion right now for a FREE nalgene bottle which is ironic because that is how I make SPORTea. I put one of their big cold brew bags in my full nalgene, pop it is the fridge and 4 hours later (or overnight) I have a full quart of a delicious beverage that is 100% guilt free!
