This is our third consecutive year sourcing Mr. Qi’s autumn harvest of the Tie Guan Yin. The leaf carries a powerful honeysuckle fragrance, with the signature variation of intact, raw stems. A low dose and long steep yields a cup resplendent in floral aromatics, subtle cucumber taste and silky mouthfeel. When steeped with a high dose for short periods of time there is a distinct taste of fresh hops and gardenia.
