This Oolong is harvested in the summer in Taiwan and is the most oxidized available.
Its large leaves and showy buds spiced with ginger make it an elegant, yet exciting brew.

The oolong is definitely center stage with the ginger making a cameo appearance. Oolong is becoming my favorite tea. This was perfect for this cold snowy morning.
Time to pack for the drive home. I’ve been vacationing at my parent’s house all week. It will be weird to be home alone this evening. Looking forward to having a cuppa and watching the Avengers.
