My hubby and I drink rooibos every evening, so we have tried just about every flavour of rooibos there is. This one is one of our favourites. It tastes like apple pie. It’s great on its own or as a latte. The dry tea smells divine and I noticed that there are whole cloves in it. The flavours are balanced, so one doesn’t overpower another. It tastes great iced, which is my daughter’s favourite way to have it. The tea isn’t very sweet, but it’s aromatic and flavourful. I can get away with using a little less tea when steeping. I have gone back to Special Teas and bought this tea again and again.
