From Rowan + Sage

Connect to your roots with this blend of roasted chicory, burdock, dandelion, and elecampane blended with aromatic herbs like ginger, cinnamon, and clove. Root to Rise is a delicious blend of herbs and spices that have traditionally been used to support liver health, as prebiotics for a healthy digestive tract, and to help warm you up and clear stagnation. It tastes earthy, grounding, but slightly sweet and delightfully warm – a perfect blend for a cold winter day! Enjoy Root to Rise as a coffee alternative in the mornings or whenever you feel your liver/GI needs a little bit of love.

TO USE
Add 2 tsps per cup of hot water and steep for 30 minutes or decoct for 15-30 minutes for an even richer brew. To make a decoction, add 2 tsps per cup of water to a pot on the stove, bring to a boil, and then reduce the heat. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes and then strain and drink. Enjoy daily as a coffee alternative or when you need a little liver support.
