From RiverTea

Iron Goddess oolong tea follows an ancient Buddhist legend about the iron goddess of wisdom, that took note of a poor farmer devoted to the care of an old, run-down temple and explained to him that the key to his future is just outside the temple. Later, the farmer discovered a sprouting tea bush of which he cared for and shared with everyone the tea brewed with its leaves, and this is how this wonderful blend came to life. This oolong tea has to undergo a dozen different steps as part of a time-consuming production process in order to achieve its full greatness. The curled, hand-rolled leaves render a jade green cup that can take on a variety of flavor profiles, from a soft buttery flavor to a lingering sweetness with notes of honeydew melon.

I still have a little of this one stashed away in my cupboard. My tea drinking has picked up a notch with the cooler weather and I’ve been enjoying this oolong again. It isn’t overly fancy but is very agreeable and re-steeps well.
