From Red Leaf Tea

Immerse yourself in the tradition and culture of Morocco with a tasty cup of Moroccan Mint Tea. Dating back to the eighteenth century when Chinese green tea was first introduced to Morocco, Moroccan Mint Tea, unlike food at that time, was considered a man’s affair, prepared by the head of household for guests and it was impolite to refuse it.

Enjoy the art form that is Moroccan Mint Tea with its perfect balance of energy-inducing green tea and beautifully flavorful mint leaves. Continue with Moroccan tradition and add pine nuts, wormwood leaves or lemon verbena – which were used when mint was rare – for an added twist. Drink a cup of rich Moroccan history with Moroccan Mint Tea.

Finally got around to trying this, combating a bit of a headache and mint and a bit of caffeine usually helps. Red Leaf does an amazing Earl, but I have been underwhelmed by the rest of their offerings. The mint was very mild and the green tea tasted stale and dusty. It was better than a kick in the teeth.
