From Pukka

Good news for greeting the world with renewed cheer.

Optimism, now found growing on trees

It’s not about whether the cup is half empty or half full; it’s about what’s in the cup. We fill ours with Sicilian lemons and mandarins, bursting with the joy of lemon verbena and overflowing with zesty citrus sparkle. Optimism – it’s in your hands, right now.
Happy days

Naturally caffeine-free and ethically sourced, 100% organically grown ingredients: Licorice root, sweet fennel seed, orange peel, rosehip, hibiscus flower, lemon balm leaf, lemongrass, lemon verbena leaf (8%), lemon myrtle leaf, lemon whole (4%), mandarin essential oil flavour (4%), lemon essential oil flavour (4%)

I was feeling a touch sick one of the evenings last week after getting home from work; I’d had a migraine for literally the entire day and I felt like that was coming to a head, with some nausea as well. I just couldn’t bother with loose tea in that moment, but I needed something warm and soothing to drink – so I went with teabags, this one in particular because I find the lemon really comforting when I’m feeling unwell. The mandarin tastes a little weird, sure, and the licorice root is cloying but this was a cup not meant to be the best in terms of taste but to be soothing and comforting to someone feeling unwell and it did that.
