Golden Needles: Deeply satisfying and incredibly drinkable, this beautiful tea, comprised of strikingly golden and tender buds from a large leaf variety in Yunnan, China, yields a cup, that, with eyes closed, is easily mistaken for hot chocolate. With excellent persistence this chocolately sweetness lasts through multiple infusions.
Tasting Notes: Vanilla, Caramel, and Dates
Brewing Method: Using 205 water, steep 1/2 gram of leaf per ounce of water for 3-4 minutes. For successive infusions steep at least 5 minutes.
