From Palais des Thés

Paris for her is a flavoured green tea that is delicate and refined, like a Parisian woman. The notes of rose, raspberry and lychee are perfectly matched in this delicious floral blend.

Palais des Thés continues to create excellence with its homage to Paris: two new refined flavoured blends. Paris for her and Paris for him pay tribute to the romantic and elegant City of Light; to legendary fragrances and tender moments. These indulgent blends, one containing green tea and the other black tea, bring out the Parisian lady and romantic French lover inside of all.
Paris for her and Paris for him make delicious and meaningful gifts for birthdays, weddings, holidays and anniversaries, or can simply bring the spirit of Paris to your home.

Palais des Thés Advent Calendar – Day 18

Hmm, a rose tea… Rose is one of the few flavors that I really can’t stand. So this doesn’t bode well for me, heh.

It’s mostly just a somewhat grassy and dried leaf-y base tea with rose flavor. I can taste the lychee a little bit, and maybe just a hint of raspberry. But the rose is definitely the main event.

Nope, it’s not for me! :P

This is a very odd tea. The rose fragrance is overpowering, to the extent that I’m convinced I’m drinking a cup of perfume. (It is a lovely rose scent, though, smelling exactly like that old perfume Tea Rose, go figure!). The floral flavor is not actually very strong, though. However, none of the flavors are very strong – I get absolutely NO tea out of this whatsoever, and maybe a faint raspberry and maybe faint lychee. (I’m not sure enough of what lychee tastes like, so not sure on that.) It was interesting to try, and if you’re a floral fan, you’d probably like this. It’s just definitely not my preference, though it seems well made.

Lychee is fairly floral to me, so it may be blending in with the rose flavor.

The fact that the “for her” version is rose-flavored makes me roll my eyes.
LOL!
