Raspberry is based on a carefully chosen fine green Sencha tea with fresh, vegetal notes, combined with the sweet, acidic note of raspberry pieces.

Tasting Raspberry procures a delightful sensation, like biting into a sweet, juicy fruit and being transported by the fresh, lively aromas of a delicious spring green tea. An elegant flavoured creation, exquisite served iced!

To make Raspberry iced tea
Infuse 6g of tea in half a litre of water for 30 minutes at room temperature, then place in the fridge to chill. Serve with ice cubes and fresh raspberries!

Finally a sipdown of this. It is pretty old and needed to be finished up. It has become increasingly astringent over time, so I made it as a latte to round out the edge. It was decently tasty – very vegetal and strong sencha, some fairly sour raspberry flavour, a touch of citrus and floral.
