From One Love Tea

Black Tea and Lavender combined together to create a wonderful calming sensation. Black Tea has long been known for its medicinal value known to fight diseases in the body and to help keep cholesterol ratios in check as well as maintaining blood pressure.

Steeping Instructions: Hot 1 tsp of tea for 8 oz of hot water Steep for 1 to 3 minutes. Iced 1 tsp of tea for 8 oz of water Steep for 30 minutes.
