Proof that whole leaf tea is better that tea from fannings. This is a bright, mellow, but superbly tasting tea that exemplifies why darjeeling is called “the champagne of teas.” Great aroma too. Novus is Bigelow’s restaurant tea but can be bought online.

I don’t drink darjeelings pretty often because they are a lighter black, but I gotta admit I like this one. I even recommended it to people at the coffee shop I worked at, saying “I usually don’t like darjeelings, but this one, I do.”
